HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Your order is shipped within 2 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 7 to 21 business days worldwide. In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we will fully refund you, and you may keep the item when you receive it.

Where do we deliver, and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver worldwide. Shipping is FREE for all orders.

Where are you based?
Our company is based in France. We ship our packages directly from our producers located in Asia.

Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered via your local postal service.

What are the delivery hours?
Items are delivered according to your local post office’s schedule.

What happens if no one is home?
No worries, if your item is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be held at your post office where you can pick it up.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, as per our terms of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure! Here’s why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of the URL bar on this page is a reminder). Most sites only secure their “cart” and anything related to order payments. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, for payment, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the industry standards in online transaction security.

What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives back with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. The postage proof should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
